RIGOROUS STERILIZATION & SANITIZATION PROCEDURES

All metal implements are sealed in envelopes and sterilized in a steam autoclave similar to those used in dental offices. Your Trendy Nail Lounge technicians use a fresh bag of implements opened exclusively for you. After each customer treatment, we perform the following cleaning and disinfecting procedures.

PRICING POLICY

All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on size, length, color, and any special requests discussed prior to service.
All questions regarding pricing should be addressed before service. Customers are responsible for all charges for services rendered.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges for cash. Lost or expired gift cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

CHILDREN & TEENS

Please arrange childcare prior to your visit. We are not responsible for any in-store injuries involving children.

JEWELRY & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please take care of your jewelry and personal belongings and keep them with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

OFFERS & COUPONS

Coupons must be presented at the time of checkout. Offers or coupons cannot be combined with any other offer.

COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGES (FREE)

Complimentary refreshments are available. Margaritas, red or white wine, and mimosas are offered to guests 21 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required. Limit one beverage per customer.

LANGUAGE POLICY

During customer service, English is the only language permitted. Any concerns regarding this policy should be reported to management.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not available. It is company policy to fix, repair, and/or redo services.
